We organize tastings, lunches and dinners by reservation, always using only seasonal and local products, if and when possible with fresh produce from our garden and orchards. The cooking class lasts about 4 hours and includes two hours to prepare a meal (lunch or dinner depending on the season) of four courses: appetizer, fresh homemade pasta, main course with side dish, and dessert. After the preparation is complete you can sit and relax in our garden enjoying the beautiful scenery around us and we will serve you the meal which included Chianti Classico wine of our own production. We will provide you with all the necessary equipment, no experience is required, the purpose of the course is to have fun and spend a pleasant half-day in the heart of Chianti. The painting class lasts approximately 5 hours and includes a four-course meal (lunch or dinner depending on the season) with our own Chianti classico wine. The class will take place outdoors in our garden where you can choose the landscape you prefer to paint, vineyards, olive groves, the charming medieval village of Montefioralle or our farm which is an ancient monastery dating back to the Middle Ages. You will paint on canvas with acrylic because it dries quickly so at the end of the course you can take home your own wonderful souvenir made just for you. The course is open to everyone, beginners are welcome, painter Alfredo Correani will be your teacher and he will follow you step by step in making your work. We will provide you with all the necessary equipment. The purpose of the course is to have fun and spend a pleasant half-day amidst the tranquility of unspoiled nature. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes, in summer sun hat, mosquito repellent spray and possible sunscreen. The tour lasts about 3 hours and includes a walk through our vineyards and olive groves of about an hour and a half during which we will show you all the work we do in our fields to produce Chianti classico wine, extra virgin olive oil and vinsanto. The walk will be followed by a visit to our traditional winery to learn all about the winemaking process. At the end of the tour, there will be a full meal (appetizer, first course, main course and dessert) for lunch or dinner (depending on the season) to taste all our products. We usually serve the meal in the garden, weather permitting, so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery around us.
